Very beautiful and heavy plaster sculpture of the Virgin Mary wearing a wreath and a rosary. The colours are white and cream. The measurements of the sculpture are: Height 50 cm Width 20 cm Depth 15 cm Weight 4 kg Within Catholicism the Rosary is considered to be a very powerful tool. Padre Pio (a famous Italian saint) actually referred to the Rosary as being "The Weapon". The inventor of the Rosary, the Virgin Mary (Mother of Jesus), has attached 15 great promises to whoever prays the rosary. My personal favorite would be number 11: "By the recitation of the Rosary you shall obtain all that you ask of me". The sculpture is intact and in a very good condition.
